In the heart of Cairoli, Fidenza, CFA’s latest architectural endeavor seeks to rejuvenate a neighborhood marked by aesthetic monotony and a lack of vibrant life. While Fidenza boasts undeniable beauty, certain areas remain devoid of artistic expression and architectural diversity, resulting in a visually stagnant environment. Our project introduces a bold, minimalistic structure that stands out amidst this backdrop, injecting a breath of fresh air into the urban landscape.

Our design philosophy is anchored in sustainability and the essence of family. The client envisions a home comprising two separate apartments, each dedicated to one of their offspring. This vision inspired us to create a unified structure that embodies the spirit of togetherness while celebrating individual identity. The building’s facade is a pristine white, symbolizing purity and modernity, contrasted by the exposed grey structural elements that remind us of the importance of our foundations and heritage.

This harmonious blend of white and grey represents the duality of life: growth and remembrance. Encircling the building, lush greenery and climbing plants embrace the structure, creating a seamless dialogue between urbanism and nature. This green embrace not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also underscores our commitment to sustainability, improving air quality and providing natural insulation.

The result is a living space that is both innovative and deeply connected to its roots, offering a model of balance and harmony for families and the broader community.
