About the Role:
CFA General Contractor is on the lookout for an exceptionally talented Architectural Designer, with a special focus on renders and animations, to play a pivotal role within our design team. Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality architectural renders and animations, translating conceptual designs into visually stunning narratives.
- Masterfully utilize software such as Twinmotion, Enscape, Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino for complex designs, ensuring the highest level of detail and realism.
- Leverage Photoshop to enhance renderings, adding layers of depth and texture that captivate and engage.
- Stay at the forefront of rendering and animation technology, adopting new tools and techniques to continually raise the bar for our visual presentations.
- Work closely with the design team to understand and interpret architectural visions, contributing creative solutions and ideas that enhance project outcomes.
- Maintain an innovative mindset, actively seeking new ways to visualize and present architectural concepts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your rendering and animation skills.
- Proven expertise in architectural visualization, with exceptional skills in Twinmotion, Enscape, Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. Knowledge of Rhino and 3ds Max is highly desirable.
- A creative and artistic approach to architectural design, with an eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new software and technologies in the field of architectural design and visualization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with a team of designers and architects to bring visions to life.
