From 2001 to 2008, she worked as a consultant at the Milan office of Gregotti Associati International, dealing with the Bicocca area in Milan, the Marrakech Stadium, the new Italian city of Pujiang near Shanghai for 150,000 inhabitants, for which she managed the master plan and developed typical residential units, the competition for the Research Tower in the industrial area of Padua, the new headquarters of Banca Lombarda in Brescia, and its subsequent expansion. In 2000, she co-founded Campella&Ferrari Architects with Architect Simone Ferrari, a studio that deals with interior design, renovations, and new urban interventions. The studio relies on the collaboration of highly qualified professionals in their field of design and provides consultancy to major engineering companies, from drafting tender documents to writing specifications for construction sites; from the development of metric calculations to construction management.
